The Property Development Manager is responsible for driving the entire development process, from initiation to completion. The field of property development has evolved significantly over the years, with numerous advancements in technology, changing market dynamics, and growing demands from property owners and tenants alike. In light of these changes, it has become evident that a distinct professional category is needed to address the unique challenges and responsibilities associated with property development.

A Property Development Manager would be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of property development projects. This includes identifying potential development opportunities; conducting feasibility studies; developing the business plans for financing of projects; securing off-take agreements; securing financing; managing construction and renovation processes; and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, among other things. Moreover, they would play a crucial role in coordinating the technical, legal, marketing, financial and other professionals; contractors; and other stakeholders involved in the development process.
